Joel O. Benson and Lee Fanyo, Co-Chairs of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (the “Foundation”) Financing Oil & Gas and Mining Acquisition and Projects Special Institute were pleased to announce that registration just opened for this premier legal program.
This program will examine various methods of securing oil and gas and mine acquisition and project financing, review common agreement and arrangements involved in financing transactions, analyze various objectives, timelines, and legal requirements of funding sources, and bridge the gap of understanding between those who have money and those who need it.
The program will begin on April 16, 2020 with a general session and on Friday April 17, 2020 there will be separate sessions for oil and gas, or mining depending upon the attendee’s area of focus. Speakers will be coming from all over the United States and Canada to present at the Sheraton Downtown Hotel in Denver, Colorado. CLE credits will be available. You can find more about the conference all of the Foundation’s programs at www.rmmlf.org.
