The Dilemmas of Bribery--The Argentine Perspective

This paper will focus on the dilemmas of bribery for Argentine lawyers practising law in Argentina.

Bribery is a crime described in the Criminal Code of Argentina (the “Criminal Code”), and subject to criminal prosecution and punishment, as we shall describe below. It is also a conduct generally perceived to be unethical, contrary to morals, and to any decent behavior in public as well as private arrangements and understandings.
