This is the conference for attorneys who represent the downstream oil and gas industry. Speakers will explore antitrust issues, including "no poaching" agreements and price discrimination, address recent and ongoing commercial litigation issues, and discuss trending topics in petroleum marketing and C-Store retailing, including electric vehicle charging stations and CBD oil. These important developments will affect refiners, wholesalers, and retailers--from major-brand integrated oil companies, to independent refiners and all varieties of national, regional, and local fuel distributors and marketers.
