Mining Law | Opportunities and Challenges in the 21st Century

October 28-29, 2021 | Scottsdale Plaza Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

Minerals are a critical and finite resource, and the development and exploitation of mineral resources involves many aspects of environmental and natural resource law. In an era of limited supply and increasing demand, knowledge of the emerging issues in mineral law is a must – not just for mineral law practitioners but for all environmental and natural resource professionals. This program will explore emerging issues over the mining life cycle from exploration to post-mining reclamation and new frontiers.
