Ordering Information
Orders will not be filled until payment is received in U.S.
Dollars by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express), check drawn on a U.S.
bank, international money order, bank draft, or electronic transfer.
For your convenience, you may download an Order Form
in PDF format from this website, using Adobe®
Acrobat® Reader. If you have trouble downloading, right-click over the link,
then select "Save Target As" and save the PDF file to your
hard disk. The file can then be opened from your hard disk with earlier
versions of Acrobat Reader. Note that Acrobat Reader 6 allows you to
search PDF files, so you may want to get this version.
