In 1980, the
Foundation established the Joe Rudd Scholarship Fund and Scholarship Program in
memory of Joe Rudd, a prominent Alaska natural resources attorney. In 1993, this
program was expanded with the establishment of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law
Foundation Scholarships.
Scholarship
selections are based on the interest of candidates in natural resources law and
their potential to make significant contributions to the field.
Three hundred and thirty-one (331) Joe Rudd and RMMLF scholarships have been awarded to date, totaling almost $1.5 million. For a list of recent recipients, please see the Scholarship Awards Announcement. For more information, download our Scholarship Program.
Scholarships are awarded only to students enrolled in the Foundation's Constituent
Law Schools. |
