OUTLINE OF THE SIX SUPPLEMENTAL VOLUMES
Volumes 17-22 (1903-1906)
This table, presenting useful supplemental cases in chronological order, ties those cases to the subject heading lists given by Mr. Morrison at the beginning of each volume after the sixteenth volume. In this portion of this Outline, no case is indexed unless identified as meeting the criteria for selection. All of the cases appearing in these six volumes but not indexed here are, however, listed in the Appendix hereto expanding this list of cases found in these volumes. Because the six supplemental volumes were never indexed cumulatively, either with the original sixteen volumes or by themselves as a supplemental group, nor was a table of the supplemental cases ever published in any form, this is arguably the most useful portion of this Outline. It has therefore been cross-checked also against and expanded by the index-digest notes in the six supplemental volumes. Heretofore, the table of cases in Volume 1 of the 1914 third edition of Judge Curtis Holbrook Lindley's treatise on Mines was the only source of citations to the cases in these six volumes, despite the fact that it was not designed for that particular purpose and did not purport to list all such cases.
