APPENDIX: INDICES TO CASES COLLECTED IN
VOLUMES 17-22
BUT NOT HEREINABOVE NAMED
Unlike the original sixteen-volume set, which contains a consolidated table of cases, there is no such table consolidating the cases found in the last six volumes of Morrison's Mining Reports. This Appendix lists all cases found in those six volumes which are not listed in the indices and tables to which this list is appended.
At the foot of this Appendix is a table of cases which are neither fish nor fowl: 44 cases which are found in Volume 15 (pages 350-end) and in Volume 16 (pages 1-290), but not, therefore, in the last six volumes, and which were decided after the original work was completed (that is, through Volume 15 to page 349), but are not otherwise indexed above. Though listed in the consolidated table of cases printed in Volume 16, those cases are listed below to overcome the objection that it should be possible to find them in this Appendix just as it is possible herein to find all of those cases which appear in the last six volumes but which are not otherwise indexed herein.
